The Curry Guy's Tandoori Masala: amazing as a marinade for poultry, meat, paneer and vegetables. The spices are freshly ground and roasted in small batches for freshness and flavour. 

Tandoori Masala is a delicious blend of spice and one key ingredient which is amchoor powder. This gives the blend a delicious tart flavour that is recognisable in many tandoori recipes. It is kind of like a curry powder but with a sharper, somewhat sour flavour. Tandoori masala is also stirred into a lot of different curries like chicken tikka masala and chicken chilli garlic. You could also make it into a tandoori paste by frying it in a little oil. This is what you get when you purchase tandoori masala paste.
