For UK orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over £25. This provides an excellent opportunity to stock up on your favourite spice blend, or purchase a fabulous gift without incurring additional shipping costs. For information about overseas deliveries and orders under £25, please refer to our shipping page. 

International delivery is calculated after purchase on a case by case basis. We have a placeholder £20 shipping charge however we will be in touch after purchase with an updated shipping cost. For international orders buyers are liable for all import taxes, custom charges and VAT for international orders, and also for any orders returned to us after non collection or customs refusal. Failure to do this may result in items not being requested to be released, destroyed or further legal action. 

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a unique, thoughtful gift for a foodie lover, but you can’t decide on which they’ll like the most, then our gift cards are the perfect option. Our gift cards don’t have an expiry date so your recipient will have all the time they ned to choose their gift.

Our letterbox options are designed to fit neatly through your letterbox with no hassle. However, if you’ve ordered our Spice Tins, Feasting Kits or a larger order, please be aware that they are slightly bigger and may require you to be home to receive the delivery. 

Discount codes can only be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed. Please make sure you apply your code before completing the order.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. We offer 1st class service which takes up to 2 working days. We also offer a next day courier service with Parcelforce.

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress as your spices make their way to you.

We understand that sometimes you may need a last-minute spice fix. If you're a local customer, contact us, and we'll do our best to arrange a convenient pickup option at Spice Kitchen Towers. We're always happy to help if we can.

If the items aren’t returned to us, then refunds will not be issued. 

For non-faulty items, return postage is at the buyers expense, though a full refund on the item cost will be given. Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to them being in an unused condition. Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). We reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non-faulty items.

Items are no longer eligible for return after 7 days of purchase and are considered final sale, and refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
