We ship orders Monday – Friday and always aim to get orders dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. Unfortunately, we don’t offer an option to collect. 

UK Delivery

We offer free delivery for orders over £25. 

Shipping costs £3.95 using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. 

International Delivery 

We use Royal Mail International Tracked service for all our international orders. 

Pricing varies depending on weight: 

Up to 0.25 kg: £10.00

0.25kg – 1kg: £20.00

1kg +: £25.00

For non-faulty items, return postage is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the items, we will check that they’re in an unblemished and unused condition and your refund will be given within 14 days of arrival to us.

Please note refunds will only be credited to the original payment card. Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty. However, we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non-faulty items. Finally, items are no longer eligible to return after 14 days of purchase and are considered final sale.
