For non faulty items, return postage is at the buyers expense, though a full refund on the item cost will be given. Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to them being in an unused condition. For faulty items, items can be returned to us using our Tracked Returns service:

For faulty items, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances should the items not be returned to us.
For faulty items we exercise the right to offer a replacement or full refund.
Items are no longer eligible for return after 7 days of purchase and are considered final sale.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). We reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non faulty items. Threats of negative reviews in order to push for refunds or other outcomes will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will negate any offer for a replacement or refund.
