The Problem

Parents are overwhelmed. Between work, school runs, and keeping kids alive, feeding the family often becomes a last-minute, stressful chore.

  • Time poor – tired, hungry, and lacking headspace to cook from scratch

  • Stuck in a rut – defaulting to the same 3 meals or beige freezer food
  • Veg avoidance – kids resist vegetables unless hidden or disguised

  • Gender gap – dads often opt out or claim “can’t cook”

Our Solution

We’ll equip tired, time-poor parents with practical tools, simple recipes, and confidence-building support through a mix of digital content, live sessions, and community connection. We will:

  • Teach how to stock the ultimate parent pantry (tinned, frozen, dry goods)
  • Show how to blitz veg into sauces that kids will actually eat
  • Share the ultimate 7-veg tomato base—adaptable for dozens of dishes
  • Champion freezer hacks and batch cooking
  • Help people cook the classics (soups, pies, curries) and fakeaways (burritos, burgers, loaded rice)
  • Empower dads with their own dedicated sessions and resources
  • Make spices approachable, accessible, and essential to flavour

  • Written guides: PDFs, printouts, Instagram carousels
  • Simple video tutorials: shot casually, real home kitchen style
  • Community space: for parents to connect, share recipes, tips, and inspiration
  • Live Classes
    • 1-hour virtual or in-person cook-alongs
    • Small groups (max 3–4) for intimacy and feedback
    • Option to record for on-demand access
    • "Dads only" sessions to gently tackle the confidence gap
