Terms

Carriage paid for orders over £100.00
First orders and overseas orders: Accepted on the basis of payment of pro-forma invoice prior to shipping. The price of goods is charged in £GBP and all payments should be made in £GBP.
Payment terms: Strictly 30 days from date of our invoice.
Lead times: Lead times can vary according to the time of year but are typically 7-14 days. Please email soldwithlove@spicekitchenuk.com to discuss current lead times.
Sale or return: We are unable to offer any return or refund for unsold stock once it has passed to the retailer.
Receipt of goods: Goods should be inspected on receipt and any shortage, non-delivery or defect / damage should be advised in writing to us within 2 working days. We will request photographic proof of damage caused. We will instruct you on how to return any goods in this event.
