• We take immense pride in crafting all our spices and spice blends right here in the UK. Our family production kitchens are where every spice is freshly blended in small batches, measured, and packed with care.

  • Yes, all our spices are vegan-friendly. However, if you're following a plant-based diet, you might choose to purchase our tins without the sari wrap, which uses silk.

  • Two of our blends contain allergens. Our Za’atar and Togarashi spice blends include sesame seeds, and our Indian Tin contains mustard seeds. We diligently identify allergens on our website and packaging to keep you informed. All products are dairy and gluten free.

  • Absolutely, all our products are 100% gluten-free, ensuring that a wide range of dietary needs can be accommodated.

  • Yes, our products are suitable for consumption throughout pregnancy. As a general guideline, ensure that all meat and fish are thoroughly cooked before enjoying.

Orders and Shipping

  • We pride ourselves on quick dispatching and aim to ship the same day where we can. We operate a strict midday cut-off for all orders.

    All delivery options operate on weekdays only, so all orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday at the earliest. We dont offer Saturday or Sunday delivery options or an option to collect.   • Good news for our UK customers – we offer free shipping on all orders over £14.95. This provides an excellent opportunity to stock up on your favourite spices and blends, without incurring additional shipping costs. For information about overseas deliveries, including costs and delivery times, please refer to our deliveries page.

  • International delivery is calculated after purchase on a case by case basis. We have a placeholder £20 shipping charge however we will be in touch after purchase with an updated shipping cost. For international orders buyers are liable for all import taxes, custom charges and VAT for international orders, and also for any orders returned to us after non collection or customs refusal. Failure to do this may result in items not being requested to be released, destroyed or further legal action.

You'll find gift card options that allow your recipient to choose their favourite tin, spices or spice blends and you’ll get bonus points for a thoughtful gift. Gift cards have no expiry date so your loved one will have all the time they need to choose their favourite gift.

  • Our Letterbox options are designed to fit neatly through your letterbox without any hassle. However, if you've ordered our lovely tins, please be aware that they are slightly larger and may require you to be home to receive the delivery.

  • You can apply your discount code right before the checkout process. During the final steps of placing your order, you'll find an option to enter your discount code. The discount will be applied accordingly.

  • We're sorry, but discount codes can only be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be changed or amended once your order has been confirmed. Please make sure to apply your code before completing your order.

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch using the Chat function on our website as soon as possible. We're committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition, and we'll do what it takes to help resolve the situation. Equally, if you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact us immediately. We want to ensure that you receive the correct products, and we'll work to sort it for you ASAP.


  • We use Royal Mail, a reliable and trusted courier service, to deliver your orders. We offer an expedited st class Royal Mail service which normally takes 1-2 working days We do also offer a next day courier service with Parcelforce. 

  • Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress as your spices make their way to you.

  • We understand that sometimes you may need a last-minute spice fix. If you're a local customer, contact us, and we'll do our best to arrange a convenient pickup option at Spice Kitchen Towers. We're always happy to help if we can.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

  • For faulty items, items can be returned to us using our Tracked Returns service: A collection can be then organised using this link: For faulty items, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances should the items not be returned to us.

  • For non-faulty items, return postage is at the buyers expense, though a full refund on the item cost will be given. Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to them being in an unused condition. Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). We reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non faulty items.

  • Items are no longer eligible for return after 7 days of purchase and are considered final sale, amd refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

  • If you store your spices away from direct sunlight and heat, they can remain at their optimum quality for 12 - 24 months.

  • The best before date is an indication of the period during which the product is expected to remain in its best condition in terms of quality and flavour. It's typically a recommendation for when the product should be used to enjoy its maximum flavour and punch.

  • No, the inner tins do not have lids. We intentionally designed them with one main lid so you can access all of your lovely spices quickly and easily during cooking

    Each tin therefore comes with a perfectly fitting outer lid to keep your spices fresh. Some of our customers like to keep their spices in the resealable bags which works brilliantly if you’re traveling or on holiday and taking your tin with you.

  • To grind your spices, a good quality pestle and mortar works well, and we prefer granite to wood. If you're short on time or prefer a convenient option, a simple coffee grinder can also do the trick.

  • Absolutely, you can recycle our spice tins, just ensure you check local guidelines.
