Shipping & Returns


Our fulfilment team works from Monday-to-Friday; we will always dispatch as quickly as we can. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be packed and shipped the following day.

We prioritise all Royal Mail first class and Express Delivery orders so please choose that service for faster delivery.

We are unable to offer Saturday or Sunday delivery options or an option to collect.


FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery on all orders over £14.95:-

• 3-5 working days
• Tracking information supplied by Royal Mail

Orders under £14.95:-

2nd Class = £2.95

For faster delivery choose: 

1st Class = £3.95

Next day courier service Parcelforce Express:-

• £7.50

All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.


For Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class deliveries, you will receive a tracking number; this does not provide “live” tracking information, however it does get scanned by your local depot so that you can see that your parcel is likely to be delivered soon, and also updates if there are any issues, for example damage or an incomplete address.

For Parcelforce Next Day deliveries, you will receive tracking updates via text/email including a delivery window on your delivery day.



International delivery is via Royal Mail - International Tracked service. Shipping cost is based upon the destination region and weight of package. Standard rates are as follows:

• Up to 0.25kg – £12.00
• 0.25kg - 1.0kg – £21.20
• 1kg+ – £25.00

Rest of the World

• Up to 0.25kg – £10.00
• 0.25kg - 1.0kg – £20.00
• 1kg+ – £25.00

For exceptional items in terms of weight or shape, which may require specialist shipping, we will get in touch to agree any additional charges before shipping.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy


For non-faulty items, return postage is at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to items being in an unblemished and unused condition.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment card
  • Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty. We reserve the right to charge a £5 fee to cover our outgoing postage and packing costs for non-faulty items.
  • Items are no longer eligible for return after 7 days of purchase and are considered final sale.
