Not only are they bursting with nutrients, they are the perfect size for a snack to brunch.\nINGREDIENTS\n\n1 tray Quail's eggs\n1 brunch breakfast radishes\n2 tsp sea salt\n\nMETHOD\n\n\n\nBring a pan of water to the boil. Carefully add the quail eggs and boil for 2 minutes. Immediately take the eggs out, and place in iced water. Once cool, carefully crack and peel the shell off. \n\n\nCut the radishes into half and serve on a plate with the quail’s eggs and the sea salt in a little dipping bowl.\n\n\nPerfect as a quick snack!
