Quail’s eggs are awesome! Not only are they bursting with nutrients, they are the perfect size for a snack to brunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 brunch breakfast radishes
  • 2 tsp sea salt

METHOD

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Carefully add the quail eggs and boil for 2 minutes. Immediately take the eggs out, and place in iced water. Once cool, carefully crack and peel the shell off.
