Quail’s eggs are awesome! Not only are they bursting with nutrients, they are the perfect size for a snack to brunch.
- 1 tray Quail's eggs
- 1 brunch breakfast radishes
- 2 tsp sea salt
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Carefully add the quail eggs and boil for 2 minutes. Immediately take the eggs out, and place in iced water. Once cool, carefully crack and peel the shell off.
Cut the radishes into half and serve on a plate with the quail’s eggs and the sea salt in a little dipping bowl.
