Grilled Lemony Goat Chops
- 8 goat chops one inch thick (we buy ours from www.cabrito.co.uk)
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Mix the onion salt with the olive oil and coat the lamb chops. Leave to marinate for 1 hour or more. Fire up the BBQ until searing hot. Sear the chops for 2 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove, place on a platter and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Squeeze the lemon juice on top and sprinkle the coriander before serving.
