Our baby spices provide the right level of depth and taste for our little one! \n\nINGREDIENTS \n\n\n1 tin of chickpeas \n1 small red onion \n1 teaspoon @spicekitchenuk Indian baby spice mix \nSalt to taste \n1\/4 teaspoon turmeric\n250ml Passatta\n100ml hot water\n1 tablespoon of oil\n1\/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds (rye) \n\n\n\nMETHOD\n\n\nHeat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds to the hot oil. Once they pop add the onions and reduce the heat and cook the onions till soft. Add the spices and cook for a further 30 seconds..\nAdd the passatta and cook again for about an minute or two to cook out the tomatoes. \nAdd the chickpeas and the water and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.\nServe with rice, naan, wraps, rice or just on its own! \n\n\n\n@ani__cooks does the most incredible baby recipes-you've just got to follow her!
