Cajun Style Chicken Wings by The Mummy Diet

We love digging into a big plate of wings at our house, it's definitely the most underrated cut of a chicken.

For this meal I seasoned the wings with Spice Kitchen cajun blend, which is perfect for the whole family as it doesn't actually contain any chilli. Feel free to add a little cayenne pepper if you wish though!

If your child is very young then I'd take the chicken off the bone first to avoid any hazards!

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 pack of chicken wings
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs Spice Kitchen's Baby Spice Cajun Blend
METHOD
  1. Pop some veggies into a dish then place the wings on top
  2. Drizzle with olive oil then use your hands to rub the spices into the skin
  3. Pop in the oven for 35 minutes on 200c
