For this meal I seasoned the wings with Spice Kitchen cajun blend, which is perfect for the whole family as it doesn't actually contain any chilli. Feel free to add a little cayenne pepper if you wish though!
If your child is very young then I'd take the chicken off the bone first to avoid any hazards!
- 1 pack of chicken wings
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs Spice Kitchen's Baby Spice Cajun Blend
- Pop some veggies into a dish then place the wings on top
- Drizzle with olive oil then use your hands to rub the spices into the skin
- Pop in the oven for 35 minutes on 200c
