Spice Kitchen Partnership - Mridula Baljekar

Award-winning cookery writer, Mridula Baljekar is the best-selling author of 27 Indian cookery books and the proud winner of two international cookbook awards.

She is regularly invited to present cookery shows on regional and national radio stations such as LBC Radio, BBC Southern Counties, BBC Berkshire, BBC Birmingham and the Food Programme on BBC Radio 4.

She owned a contemporary Indian restaurant in Windsor, winning several prestigious awards and has since launched her own range of spiced chutneys, which of course were awarded a gold star at the 2017 Great Taste Awards.

Mridula says: “It is such a pleasure to collaborate with Spice Kitchen, having always admired how they built up their business from humble beginnings,  and achieved an enviable position in the Indian food market.  It takes passion, hard work and dedication to become successful in such a competitive market and Spice Kitchen seem to have it all!"
