We are a not-for-profit niche network of high growth FMCG businesses in the area. We aim to provide a space for business leaders to connect, share and collaborate in an informal yet focused setting.

As we emerge from the global pandemic, many business leaders are looking to reconnect and explore how to respond to the rapidly changing business environment. 

We are accepting expressions of interest from local leaders who meet the following criteria: 

  • Run fast-growing eCommerce businesses 
  • Have a turnover of £500K+
  • Operate in the FMCG industry 
  • Sell B2C

About the group

We are committed to operating exclusively as a niche group. The groups are limited to a maximum of six Merseyside business leaders at a time* operating in the eCommerce/FMCG space. 

If our membership is at capacity when you apply, you can ask to join our waiting list for the next group. 

*Please rest assured we are non-compete 


When: 8 am until 12 pm on the last Friday of every month 

Where: Merseymade, Unit 2, Chancery House, 98 Paradise Street, Liverpool, L1 3HJ


Sessions will typically follow this format: 

  • 8.00 am – Welcome and introductions, getting settled 
  • 8.15 am - 10.15 am – Action Learning Groups (see below)
  • 10.15 am – 10.30 am – Coffee break 
  • 10.30 am – 11.30 am – Guest Speaker with Q&A session
  • 11.30 am - 12.00 pm – Informal networking and refreshments  

Action Learning is a process of insightful questioning and reflective listening. At each meeting, business leaders will be invited to share a challenge that they would like support with. Other members are initially asked to pose questions to provoke reflection and then have an opportunity to share any thoughts or advice they have after the individual has thoroughly explored the issue and developed their own thinking. Each group member will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight from the group and facilitator using this technique.

£100 per month to cover the cost of room hire, facilitation, refreshments, and guest speakers. Please note we are entirely not for profit, and any surplus funds will be put back into the pot for drinks and food. 

About the facilitator

Groups are facilitated by Ros Faulkner, co-founder of Mill Hill Consultants

Ros has worked with over a hundred SME’s in the North West supporting them to define strategy, set and deliver goals/KPI’s, develop effective marketing and sales strategies, manage through periods of fast growth and change, motivate and manage teams, handle conflict/difficult conversations, and communicate more effectively with staff and customers.

She is a highly experienced coach and trainer with a track record of inspiring individuals and teams, resulting in significant improvement to business performance. 

Ros combines an action-orientated and outcome-focused approach with an intuitive ability to get to the nub of the issue, ensuring her clients get the targeted support they need for success.
