Mulled Wine Spices - Our blend has a combination of cardamom, black peppercorns, bay leaves, mixed peel, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and star anise.
Just add 2 tablespoons (8 grams) along with 100 grams of sugar to a bottle of wine and simmer gently. Avid boiling which will burn off the alcohol (and nobody wants that!).
Add the juice of a couple of clementines to boost and maybe a little brandy if you like it with an added kick!
