Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala

April 30, 2021

Anyone up for a curry night? This curry can be made ahead of time and heated up when ready to serve. I find it tastes so much better as the flavours have had time to develop. Traditionally this recipe is made with lots of cream, however, I’ve found it’s not strictly necessary, but you can add enough to your taste.

Also, have a go at making my grandma’s recipe for chapatis! Whenever I would go to my grandma’s house on a Sunday, I would ask almost all the time for her to make her delicious chapatis even if she made teriyaki chicken for dinner (lol).

Indian Spiced Shepherds Pie

Indian Spiced Shepherds Pie

March 24, 2021

Shepherds pie with a twist...

A great dish for all the family, packed full of veg and a great way to introduce little ones to spice.

This recipe gives you baseline quantities for fresh ginger and chilli. After you make the first batch you can change the quantities to your own liking.

If you don’t have a BBQ simply bake in the oven!
