I love the Caribbean, the people, the islands, the diverse cultures and most importantly... the food.
I have been so excited to try out the Caribbean Baby Spice- it's perfect for my little one as it contains no salt or hot chilli, so the whole family could enjoy a little piece of Caribbean flavour until we are able to take him there for the first time.
We love digging into a big plate of wings at our house, it's definitely the most underrated cut of a chicken.
For this meal I seasoned the wings with Spice Kitchen cajun blend, which is perfect for the whole family as it doesn't actually contain any chilli. Feel free to add a little cayenne pepper if you wish though!
If your child is very young then I'd take the chicken off the bone first to avoid any hazards
I used my Spice Kitchen Mexican Baby Spice Blend for this meal. The blends don't include any chilli or hot spices so feel free to leave the chilli powder out of this recipe, depending on your families tastes.
